Last Friday the City of San Antonio
put their money where their mouth was
and filed a lawsuit against the Town of
Saint Leo.
San Antonio commissioners had
discussed taking that action at their
Aug. 10 meeting.
The lawsuit claims among other
things that Saint Leo violated its own
comprehensive land use plan and
development codes by granting a
business facility access to Pompanic
Street. The civil suit that was filed in the
Sixth Judicial Circuit, which includes
Pasco County, says Pompanic Street is a
residential street.
